Our policies ensure that all work, from initial enquiry to completion, is carried out in a manner which sets and maintains a high standard of service.
Though the Company Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees are required to follow the policies and procedures applicable to their work; outlined in the staff handbook. This ensures that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
We are committed to continuous improvement and have established an internal Quality Management system, which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.
In support of our aim of 100% customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business, we have the following systems and procedures in place:
- Selection and performance monitoring of all our suppliers against set criteria.
- Provide accurate descriptions of all our products and other services with regards to all marketing & advertising.
- Be open and clear about our own and our clients responsibilities in all contract documentation.
- Design all training in accordance with contractual terms, whilst maintaining flexibility to meet learners’ requirements.
- Seek excellence in delivery of all training and development solutions.
- Ensure that all invoices are correctly made up and that we charge only for items specified in the contract or agreed variations there of.
- Provide continuous training and development for our employees
- Regularly gather and evaluate customer feedback
- Follow a customer complaints procedure and deal with complaints in a timely and professional manner.
This statement is to provide confirmation of The Training Experts commitment to maintaining and improving our quality management systems, to both existing and future customers. As a result of implementing these internal systems, we are now in the process of gaining a recognised UKAS approved quality management accreditation.
