David specialises in the design, delivery and evaluation of high impact leadership and team development programmes. He has also designed and led a wide array of HR programmes including performance management, recruitment, selection and assessment, coaching and mentoring, formal and informal discipline and absence management. He has acquired his knowledge and expertise as a result of holding several management roles in Learning and Development and in HR with a well known national charity, several NHS trusts, a local authority and two international engineering companies.
David holds an MEd in Training & Development from the University of Sheffield, is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is qualified to Level B Plus in psychological assessment with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
