Lee Carlin – Associate Trainer

Lee has been working as an IT Trainer since 1995, mainly working on bespoke IT applications in the insurance and criminal justice sectors.

He has also been involved in project and office management in addition to business analysis, process reviews and outsourcing projects which have resulted in two spells working in Asia.

Lee has developed and implemented a range of training, from one to one sessions up to large seminars of forty plus, which provided training to all levels of staff. He also has experience of creating e-learning solutions including the creation of an online user manual.

In his various roles Lee has been involved in the planning and implementation of change for both private and public sector organisations, and as a Trainer he has been the catalyst for making change happen.
