Nicola Allen - Relationship Manager

Nicola joined The Training Experts team in July 2009 as a Data Controller, having spent the previous 2 years as a full-time mum.

Nicola has an extensive background in Customer Service, in particular in the hotel and tourism industry, where she was responsible for building and maintaining client and hotel relationships.  She was also responsible for co-ordinating large group bookings which involved a great deal of organisation and planning. Nicola has now taken on the role of relationship manager to help The Training Experts develop our ongoing customer service & sales strategies.
