Martyn and Jeanette Rouse

Jeanette and Martyn Rouse have over 30 years experience of successfully managing teams, tasks and individuals in small and large customer driven organisations - from small tasks through to complex projects.

Both Martyn and Jeanette have a number of years experience as senior managers in a national communications company. They draw on this significant personal management experience in facilitating and tutoring delegates to great effect; and offering sound practical advice and proven techniques.

The aim of their work is to help enable our customers' to work smarter, and make the complex- easy, and the bureaucratic – practical. Their approach is to listen and really understand our customer needs.
